Love Kyler, I like Kaysen a lot too actually but it reminds me a bit of casein which is a naturally occurring substance in all dairy and a HUGE promoter of cancer. It’s been said to be the biggest promoter of cancer ever discovered by a renowned doctor. We are not meant to eat dairy, we’re actually natural herbivores but we’re the ONLY animal that consumes dairy after being weaned. It is not natural and extremely unhealthy.

I disagree with poster one about it reminding me of "casein" but I do agree about the dairy and even meat, I gave up dairy a while ago and after learning about nutrition and how our bodies actually work, I decided to raise my children on a vegan diet and they are very healthy, not sick once. I have a 3 and a 5 y/o. I feel a bit like a hypocrite as I occasionally eat dairy when I’m out, but I’m transitioning more and more. I love that I will not have to tell my kids they’ve been eating animals and somehow tell them it’s "ok" big relief on my part because I love animals and always had a problem with this as well.
