Sabrina vs. Amanda vs. Brittany
Whats your opinion for these? I like these names but I’m afraid to use them for my new daughter due in August because they were so popular in the 90’s. I asked my mother and she agrees so now I’m stuck. Help me with these. Suggestions and opinions welcome :) thanks -Jen

The highest up on the list Sabrina got was number 53 in 1997. I don’t consider anything beyond 50 to be so popular. I think Sabrina is your least 90s name

Maybe try names like Hazel, Ivy, or Daphne if you are trying to avoid the 90s. Something modern, but with a bit of an old fashioned feel.

I agree with poster #1; Sabrina is the most ’modern’ of the 3 choices! I do agree that Brittany and Amanda scream 90’s ;) But Sabrina is lovely!

In 2011, I had a daughter. I named her Sabrina. When I named her, I was kind of looking for an unpopular but pretty name. I had a son in 2014. One of his classmates at his daycare is Sabrina. It’s a lovely name but is becoming popular again but not to make the top 10 soon. I like Amanda also
