Someone I know has sons with similar names. Three of their kids are Ethan, Ean, and Easton. They can always use the first and middle names together if they need to. So if you choose a similar first name, you could consider choosing a middle name that doesn’t rhyme with your first son’s middle name. :) Hope this helps!
