Baby Name Poll

We have just suddenly and unexpectedly lost my mother, Mary Louise (Mary Lou). She was so looking forward to meeting her first grandchild. We had picked out the name Beatrice Catherine for our daughter, but now I am thinking I want to name her for my mom. But I wonder if using some or all of mom’s name will just keep reminding all of us of our loss. (I do know that in time we’ll feel better than right now.) I’m really confused right now. I’ve got such a jumble of emotions (excitement to meet our baby, grief for my mother) that I don’t trust myself to make a good decision. My husband thinks we could use Beatrice or Catherine as a first or middle and some part of mom’s name as first or middle. But he also said right now he’s worried it might feel more sad than honoring. Just not sure what to do. Would truly appreciate some outside perspective. Thank you all so much.
