I would avoid unisex names for girls. Lila is gorgeous!

Leighton sound slike a boy and Blake is definitely boy, would go for Lila and Lauren if wanted people to know they were girls

Leighton and Lauren is very cute. Also like Leighton and Blake.. But its too Gossip Girl for me, saying that Leighton Meester and Blake Lively are best friends and always thought of as a pair.
