I have always loved the name Lorenzo with the nn Enzo but I nor my husband is Hispanic, would it be okay to name our son this? Other names we also like Cruz & Ezra...open to mn suggestions as well.

I see nothing wrong with using Lorenzo even if your not Hispanic, it’s actually an Italian name. I think Lorenzo Cruz nn Enzo would be super cute but you can’t go wrong with any of these names, all are adorable.

Right. Lorenzo is Italian. I personally prefer thw nickname, Loren. Enzo reminds me of the Muppet Gonzo! Ezra is so handsome and classic too.
