Considering Arabella and Bellamy both have the nickname of Bella and variations of that I wouldn’t use them together. Im not a big fan of Evelina but I like that its a little more uncommon compared to Evelyn. The first name suggestion I thought of was Isadora.
Arabella nn Bella and Isadora nn Dora.

I see your point when it comes to Arabella and Bellamy. I’m not a fan of Isadora because of the nickname "Dora". It makes me think of that children’s TV show that I despise. Lol.

Everly is way too common in my opinion!

If we chose Arabella & Evelina their nicknames would be Ari and Evie.
