Mackenzie Ellie vs. Genevieve Ellie vs. Felicity Ellie
So my best friend’s daughter, Ellie, passed away yesterday from cancer so I wanted to honor her. I love these three names and always have so I don’t think I’ll change the first names, but we can change the middle name. The only other two name are Susie and Elizabeth which were her first and middle name (her nickname was Ellie). Thanks so much!

Felicity Elizabeth would be awesome. Since Ellie was her nn, it might be best to go with the full name.

Have you spoken to her parents about this to make sure they’re on board?
Felicity Elle or Felicity Elizabeth are both lovely.
Genevieve Susie or Genevieve Elizabeth are also very nice.

Genevieve Elizabeth would be gorgeous. I also think you could honor Ellie by using another form of the El- names; Eleanor, Eliza, Eleanora or Ellen?
