My name is Ariel and it’s intended to be pronounced like Arial but people end up exaggerating the Elle on it, though it looks like you want that with the spelling you’ve chosen. I’ve only ever met one or two people who pronounce it Are instead of Air.

Basically,I pronounce Arielle as if you are saying the 3 letters R-E-L.
Maybe it’s just me but the spelling affects my pronunciation though.For some reason I say Arielle that way but I say Ariel as AIR-E-L.

Poster 4 again. I do feel like that spelling will cause it to be pronounced differently than Ariel, with the R E L sound to it. Honestly, a lot of people might mispronounce it a little bit, but people are really good about asking and I love my name as I’m usually the only Ariel or Arielle.
