have you tried Mymbler? You punch in a name for inspiration and they list names in that style - in this case Dara, Piper, Davina, Regan, Brenna, Ailis, Finola, Tai, and Alana

Slapping a boys name on a girl doesn’t make a name "gender neutral". With that being said, I like previous suggestions of Felicity, Fiona, and Sabrina, if that helps any

Tallis! I know a lovely young lady of about 12 with this name. (It’s pronounced rhyming with Alice, FYI.) The name Tallis immediately came to mind. I think it could be your perfect name! Good luck!
