Please help! vs. two girls vs. names

I had a poll yesterday with eighteen names. I had narrowed it down to 2 names that got the most votes. I should have mentioned that we are naming 2 girls which is why we have so many names. The two winning names were Mackenzie Rose and Ella Joy. But my hubby wants to name them Paisley Jade and Chloe Dash. Thoughts?

How about Chloe Dash and Ella Joy? Or Mackenzie Rose and Paisley Jade? Keep the two short names together or the long ones?

Dash has a very special meaning to us. If the second poster comes back and reads this or If anyone else, whats wrong with Dash?

first of all it doesn’t sound like a name. secondly if it is used as a name then only on a boy. and thirdly it’s the middle name of Kourtney Kardashian’s eldest son and that alone puts me off.

Oh, I understand. Its just that my baby cousin passed away last year and I thought I would honor her. But my Aunt thinks it would be too hard on her to use her first or middle name. So I wanted to use Dash because she was literally obsessed with Rainbow Dash from my little pony and its a lot better then Rainbow. I thought I would be sweet.

My hubby knew a not very nice person with that name and doesn’t want to use it. I have brought it up before though. We have spent lots of time tearing apart name books and are very picky and for some reason we only like Chloe if she has Dash as a middle name.

I totally agree with your husband. I LOVE both Paisley Jade and Chloe Dash! I think they were the prettiest 2 names on your list. GL!!!
