Girl vs. version of vs. Richard

I really want to honor my father by giving my daughter a middle name that resembles Richard or is obviously the name is after him. His middle name is Norman and I don’t want to use Norma or anything. The first name isn’t set yet either

You can use Richard as a middle name but it would be pronounced ( Rishard). You can also try Richardae also pronounced Rishardae. I think its feminine but also resembles richard.

One idea I’ve had to honor my late father was to use the same initials.
Just pick names that give you the RN initials.
