If it really means a lot to your husband, but you don’t want to call him Kelly, you could nickname him KJ. Another suggestion is Kellen.

I say go for it, I would feel horrible if I didn’t keep a tradition going, and I love traditions, so go ahead! His name goes wonderfully with Kari, Kristina, and Kendra!!

No pp, that would mean her brother or brother in law was a third, and her husband was a second. Two different people. Making her nephew a fourth, and her son a third.

It takes a really confident man to grow up with a girl’s name. I like the nn KJ. That might ease the teasing. Take it form a teacher.
