My daughter is Susanna but we liked Susannah too. (My husband and I have different versions of the story how we arrived at this spelling, but both of us would have been fine with either spelling.)
I think without the H, it looks a little more modern, in keeping with all the other girl names ending in A.
I think most people upon hearing it would spelling your 3rd option Suzanne. I have never liked this name as well as Susanna/h, and I also think that Susanna/h sounds better in terms of flow with your middle and last names.

Susanne is great too. But since your surname ends with an N sound I thought it sounded better if the first name ended with something other than an N sound. Good luck! :0)
