Amethyst Iris vs. Amethyst Isadora vs. Amethyst Ivory

I’m expecting a baby girl next winter. My husband and I both fell in love with the name Amethyst. I’m trying to use the initial ’I’ after a family member. For a middle I was leaning heavily towards Iris (love the flower image) but then started considering Isadora (I love the dancer Isadora Duncan) or Ivory (which my husband likes as well). Are two "color names" a concern with going with middle name Ivory? Conversely with Iris is that off to have two nouns in a row? Isadora Duncan had a tragic death-does that need to affect my choice at all? She was such a beautiful dancer, after all. Or do you have other ideas? There’s another initial ’F’ for a family member that I would consider. Thanks for voting!

LOVE Isadora; it’s so underused! Also really like Iris.

Amethyst Isolde would be pretty as well.

Honestly, I think Amethyst (and most gems) sound like stripper names, with the exception of Pearl. Not trying to be rude, just sharing my thoughts. Iris is a nice name, as is Isadora. Not a fan of Ivory because it reminds me of the soap, but Ivy is ok.

Topaz, Diamond, and Sapphire are stripper names. Amethyst is not.

Original poster here: Thank you all for responding. Appreciate the comments. I had considered the stripper link but as someone said I don’t feel that applies to this name in particular. I really love all the names but see Isadora is a front runner. I’ll keep checking the poll to get more results.
