I also love Constance! I used ii in my youngest daughter’s name(Arabella Constance). It paired with your last name is a bit of a tongue twister. I first read it as Constance Constantini instead of Costantini. Candace or Cadence would go well with Costantini though and they are very similar to Constance.

Yes. I’m afraid there’s some subliminal forces affecting your choice. I also love Constance. But out of all the names in the universe you both come up with the one that is almost exactly like your surname?

Naming can be daunting and maybe the fact that you already answer to Constantini makes you feel more secure about choosing Constance. That’s just a guess of course. Maybe you’ve loved the name Constance for years, long before you met your husband. Either way, it’s time to broaden your naming horizons. :0/

Sorry, way too close. Maybe you could get away with just Connie Costantini, but not Constance Costantini.

Definitely too close unfortunately!

Though in saying that, possibly close enough to use as a nickname?

Otherwise you could maybe broaden your search to other virtue names eg
Honour
Verity
Joy
Amity
Harmony
