I like it with the extra te. Much more eloquent. Plus it separates her from Romeo a bit more.

I like Juliet. Juliette is way too much and trendy! It looks "overdone". Sorry. Juliet is simple and sweet and not trendy.

Julietta Marie. Beautiful. T’s on the end tend to seemingly cut names off so a middle is awkward to say.
