Keeping vs. up a tradition vs. or not
Hi everyone. We have older twin boys and had another son a couple of years ago. We are now having our very first little girl and I’m wandering whether we should keep up an accidental naming tradition. All three of our boys seem to have three letter nicknames which they go by the majority of the time (unless they’re in trouble!) Christopher goes by Kit, Thomas is a Tam and Edmund is our Ned. It just sort of happened that way. We’d love some name suggestions for our little girl and advice on whether or not to consciously give her a short nickname too. Thanks

If you find a girl name with a three letter nickname that you live then go for it, but I certainly wouldn’t feel tied to it. Suggestions:
Vivienne -- Viv
Jennifer - Jen
Alexandra -- Lex
Bronwyn -- Wyn
Emilia -- Emi
Adelaide -- Del
Gemma - Gem
Olivia -- Liv
Rebecca -- Bex
More ideas with short nicknames that aren’t three letters:
Cordelia/Coralie -- Cora
Violet -- Vi
Rosalie -- Rose
Annabelle -- Belle, Anna
Juliet -- Jules
Meredith -- Mer, Edie
Abigail -- Abby
Eloise/Elodie -- Elle, Lo
Charlotte -- Lottie
Jessica -- Jess
Georgiana -- Gigi
Anastasia -- Ana, Stacy
Henrietta-- Hattie
Adelaide -- Addy, Della, Lady
