Henrietta Allison (Hallie) vs. Henrietta Bailey (Hailey) vs. Henrietta Lee (Henlee)

Ok Shawn and I have decided that the baby will have his last name so we got rid of Henrietta Polly because we didn’t like Polly and Petersen together. Shawn’s mother came up with Henrietta Lee nick named Henlee because last time we talked to her we were thinking about nameing the baby Henley. What is your favorite. You should have gotten rid of Henrietta when you got rid of Polly. Go back to naming her Henly, that sounds really cute.

Sorry but Henley is really bad. I can’t stand, I here it too much lately maybe it’s just your polls and Ayler (ugh). Maybe you should just name her what you want with the middle name Henrietta. If these I think Hallie is my favorite first name.

Hennessy Petersen sounds really good--No ones trying to make fun of your name, just concerned that Henrietta is way to old and just reminds everyone of a chicken..like in the story Chicken Little

You’ve been given so many awesome suggestions, no one is trying to make fun of your poll but you asked our opinions so we gave them to you... It’s an Ugly & Old name but if you love it go for it. I think what everybody is trying to say is our opinions of the name are not going to change just because you’ve asked us a million times what we think of it...

Maybe I’m the only one who likes Henrietta. I don’t love it, but I think it’s nice and I really like the fact that you want to honour someone especial. If you love it and it’s meaningful to you, you should use it no matter what other people think of the name. You can always smile and explain why you chose to name her Henrietta if someone asks.
I like Henrietta Bailey nn Hailey. Another nice choice could be Henrietta Molly nn Holly.

If you don’t want honest opinions then why ask in the first place? I personally don’t like Henrietta it reminds me of Henrietta Hippo, a character on a childrens show when I was growing up. If you like it then use it but don’t get upset when people give their honest opinions. Good Luck.
