Neither. No matter how you spell it, Marley is a dog’s name. Oakley, no matter how you spell it, is a brand of sunglasses and sounds too "surfer-chick" and won’t look good on her when she’s job hunting at 22.

Just because a book had a dog named Marley doesn’t mean it’s a dog’s name. I know a girl name Marli. That’s HER name, not a dog’s name. I LOVE Chay by the way, it’s elegant and unique. Oaklee is cute. Marlee is cute as well. Either one would be nice. I adore the double E’s, it’s too pretty. I would go with Oaklee so you don’t have two M kids and one C.
