Harper is pretty common and trendy in the US so I wouldn’t call it "unusual".

Evaline is only "unusual" due to it being misspelled. It’s Evelyn (common) or Evelina (my suggestion for a more unique option).

From your poll, Arrietty would be your only choice if "unusual" is your criteria.

If you like names you don’t hear a lot then I would get rid of Harper right now. That name is so popular right now for girls(I don’t understand it, it’s all boy to me). Arietty is very pretty. I like Evaline, but are you pronouncing it ee-vah-line, ee-vah-leen, eh-vah-line, or eh-vah-leen? It’s just one of those names that people won’t know how to say and you’ll constantly have to correct them on(If you are alright with that and think your daughter will be fine with it then who am I to say you can’t use it?).

Um...Harper is the 11th most popular name in America. And next year it will be even higher in the top 10. I wouldn’t consider that very unusual in the slightest. But I can suggest similar names that actually are rarely heard.

Harper is ridiculously overused and I have no idea why, it’s unattractive and very boyish. Evaline... is it pronounced ev-ah-leen? That is different than Evelyn. Arrietty is cute.
