Charlene vs. Charlotte vs. for nickname Charlie

Hey guys! My husband and I are expecting a baby girl. She will be joining brother Noah Aiden. This past year, my grandfather passed away and I really want to use "Charlie" as a nickname for our little girl in honor of him. I plan on naming her either Charlotte of Charlene in honor of him. Please let me know which one you like better and also some middle name suggestions. I will post another poll after I have some middle name suggestions! Thank you so much everyone! I voted for Charlotte mainly because I like it better than Charlene. If you are open to suggestions, I think Charlize nn Charli would be adorable.
