Narrowing our list vs. drop Callie vs. or Candace?

Hi, We are trying to narrow down our "C" list for girl names. Our favorites are Cadence, Charlotte, Caroline, Candace and Callie. We are debating on which to drop Callie or Candace. Which do you like better Cadence or Candace. Is Candace old and out dated? Thanks!

Callie is a beautiful, feminine name with a beautiful meaning.
However, Candace is out-dated and invites the nickname ’Candy’, which is a well know stipper/prostitute name.

I like Callie! I prefer Candace to Cadence though.

Charlotte and Caroline seem more out of date to me I would throw one of those out..Sorry I know that wasn’t your question. I do like both Candace and Callie. I guess I just want you to keep those names. lol.

I like Cadence better than Candace. I’ve never cared for Candace, and Callie seems very nickname-ish. Calista, Calliope, Calina, Calandra, etc. would be a good first name with the nn Calie. So I would drop Candace.

Out of your list, I think that Charlotte, Cadence, and Caroline are lovey.

I love Charlotte and Caroline- they’re both classic, timeless, and beautiful.

I had a cat named Callie (short for Calico) so I’ve never liked that for a person.

Cadence nn Cady is cuter than Candace.
