Alexia vs. Ashlea

We have decided for Alexia&Ashlea as the names for our twins,(we named after us, the daddy being called Alex and me being called Lea). We are now looking for middle names to go with them, we like names that are very up 2 date&trendy.. the twins sibling are called Dawson James (7) & Kaiden Charles (4)... Lea&Alex x

I would go with Alexa or Alexis. Alexia is the name of some disease...not sure what kind, but I know that it is.

I prefer Alexa because Alexia reminds me of Anorexia the eating disorder. I like Alexa Paige and Ashlea Brooke like the first poster said.
