Its cute. I know a woman with the middle name Gray. It was her maiden name but she had it legally change to her middle name:)

Grant, Cole, James Shawn, Finn, Paul, Gage, Chase, Jack, Lian, Lee, Quinn, Not Green for a middle name

Upon seeing this name, I would assume that Green was his mother’s maiden name.

I would suggest finding some names that mean "green".

Viridio or Vereden from Latin
Verde from Spanish and Esperanto
Zeleno from Slovene (this is good)
Chloro from Greek
Grun from German
Midori from Japanese I think
