No. I think they work well together, especially if you call Lillian Lily.

If it’s for twins, they are too matchy. But if you like matchy names, why not. Maybe it could be cute.

Spell it Julian... I like it for a boy. Jillian is nice for a girl, but far too matchy with Lillian.

Yeah, the traditional spelling is Julian, which I think is nicer. Its a lovely name.
