I think Lori is the only one that can work on its own. The others feel like they should be nicknames, like Demitra nn Demi or Ariana nn Ari.

I love Demi and think it works perfectly fine on it’s own! And it’s the most uncommon of the three. The only Demi I’ve ever heard of is Demi Lovato and Demi Moore. But I know several little girls with the nickname Ari or even full name and a few named Lori. Definitely go with Demi!

I like both Demi and Lori. My friends name is just Demi, its not short for anything and it really suits her. I’ve only heard Lori once and that’s from Kyle XY. I wouldn’t even consider Ari as a stand alone name, it only really works as a nickname for Ariana.
