Who cares is Mia Sara is the name of the actress from Ferris Bueller? That movie is a classic, so I love the name. I also love the fact that she will share a name with her godmother/aunt. Mia Sarah gets my vote. Mia Carys is darling, too, so you can’t go wrong no matter which name you go with. Good luck...

To be honest, Ferris Beuller is the first thing I thought of when I heard "Mia Sarah". I love Mia Carys!

Oddly enough...(this is the future mom here) the Ferris Beuller actress was where I got the idea to name her Mia Sarah. I always thought she was beautiful and when I googled Mia images yesterday, she popped up. And DH and I both thought was a cute idea for a name since it also happens to be my sis.

Mia Sarah does not flow well at all - just say it outloud, it’s awkward. Mia Carys sounds better, IMO. I think Mia Joy would be a nice name also, and flows better yet.
