Brodie Mason vs. Bennett Mason vs. Milo Mason

Hi! I am pretty set on using Mason as the middle name but I’m struggling coming up with a first name. I have 5 kids and this will be my 3rd son. My other sons are Christopher and Nolan.

Brody is spelled this way. Otherwise Bennett gets my vote. Both sound great with Mason and your sons’ names. GL!

Actually Brodie is my maiden name and we are from Scotland so it’s spelled Brodie.

Brodie is my maiden name. If I’m using the name then I want to spell it how my name is actually spelled and not change it to Y.

But it’s pronounced the same so why not spell it the correct, notmal way?
If not Brody then I’d vote Milo!

Why would I spell it differently if I’m using it as a namesake. My parents last name is Brodie not Brody. The Brodie castle is not spelled Brody. The Scottish form is Brodie the Gaelic form is Brody.

I like all the names but voted for Bennett because I think it goes best with Mason.

I only like Brody spelled Brody, which is how it’d be spelled most of the time... So if not Brody, I’d pick Milo!

Just because it’s a namesake doesn’t mean you have to spell it the exact same if it would just bring a hassle to your child. My friend named her daughter Riley after her surname Reilly.

Please give the spelling of this issue a rest. This spelling is a family preference and it is her child. If you don’t like it, vote for something else. She did give other choices.
