Spell it Ashley. Since Ashley is used mostly on girls today, there is already the potential that he will have to clarify his gender when people hear his name -- at least with this spelling he won’t have to clarify the spelling as well. It also looks the most masculine in my opinion. Best of luck!

Ashley. I prefer the classic spelling personally, and it will age best.

For a boy, definitely go with Ashley.

Ashlee and Ashleigh look like "unique" spellings people would use on girls, like Kaylee/Kayleigh, Rylee/Ryleigh, Marlee/Marleigh, etc..
