I know that River is unisex, but I see it as more masculine than feminine. It’s trendy.

River Helena or Helena River means that there is a river by the name of Helena. Unsure?

Sheesh, why does popularity and trendiness matter? It’s a great name. I like River best as a first name. It is a "word" name, aka it has NO gender

Helena River: River doesn’t fit the style of Helena at all.
Helena Hazel: I don’t care for the two H names together.
Helena Maeve: perfect!

Thank you all for the opinions. I know the name is pronounced usually 2 ways : 1) Hell-in-a 2) Huh - lane- a... So I was informing since pronunciation effects flow with middle name.
