Suggestions vs. Please

I want a name to honor my gran and or mum. Their names are Barbara Jane and Carole respectively. My mum doesnt particularly like her name so looking for variations. I dont like the name Barbara so same thing there. Wondering if there is a possibility to combine the names. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks so much.

I think Cara-Jane or Cara-Jayne would be nice. If you use the hyphen, it doesn’t look made up to me. Cara Jane is really cute!

Gianna is the French version of Jane, and I think it’s a gorgeous name for a little girl. I know a little girl named Gianna who sometimes goes by Gia as a nn. What about Gianna Caroly or something similar??? Do you like Gianna?

Cara Janae? I think they sound really pretty together. They honor your mom & grandma & yet are different enough that she has her own name.

I think the idea of using Gianna (Jee-ahn-uh), the French version of Jane, would be really cute! What about:
Gianna Claire
Gianna Cate
Gianna Caroline
Gianna Carissa
Gianna Carlyn
Gianna Charlotte
Gianna Francis (Francis and Carole have the same meaning)

What do you think?

Really like Gianna, Colette, Carlyn. I like the idea of Francis (having the same meaning of Carole) but not sure, not one of my favourite names.

dont like Carly.

Will have to have a think, if anyone has more suggestions they would be very welcome. Thanks for the comments so far, may try another poll once I have chosen which of the great combo suggestions people have provided me with.

I go like Gianna alot it is a great first name and goes with a lot of other names.

I’m not as keen on Charlotte.

Gianna Colette is cute and I like Carlyn Gianna rather than Gianna Carlyn
