I think John and Henry would be the most beautiful set for your twin boys! I love both of these names. John Edward and Henry Robert or Henry Charles. WDYT?

Oh i agree Phil is a rotten nn. If we used philip it would be phillip. Just like Robert will be Robert. Im no fan of Rob. John will be John too.

I like henry as a first name but im having trouble winning over my husband with that one. I’d prefer Henry and if i can change his mind before they arrive i will give up any name he wants to get it.

Don’t use Henry and Edward together at all...please. Not for twins. I only see "Jekyll and Hyde". Sorry.

I dont get the jekyll and hyde connection with Henry and edward, could u explain it to me please. I just like Henry because its my fathers name, and its lovely too boot. My husbands grandfather is Edward and he wants to use it possibly because of that. Is the connection that bad?

It’s on Wikipedia. Great story, but I know a Henry and Edward who get teased because of it. Since your children are twin boys, I would seriously avoid the names. The association of Edward is much worse, and it doesn’t help if his twin brother’s name is Henry. Edward Hyde is evil....

I don’t know. I just mentioned it because it’s possible teasing that came to mind, the kids being twins. A variant of Edward would be better.

Thanks so much for your help on the jekyll and hyde thing, i apperciate it. We’ll keep it in mind but i think the nice family connections will win out. well depending on which name we drop. ur opinion and help was great. Thanks again.
