Grace Ellis vs. Grace Elise vs. Grace Elisabeth

We are planning to use Grace as a first name and Elisabeth (family name) as the middle name. We like the idea of a double name but Grace Elisabeth seems quite long to say all the time, so we are looking at other options. Suggestions?
