Sweet Mary easily gets my vote. But you could name her Mary Katherine. And since Molly is traditionally a nickname for Mary, you could use that as a pet name from time to time. That way you get to use all 3.

All three are wonderful.You really can’t go wrong here.
Mary was so common for the longest time but then it finally faded for a bit so now I think it would seem refreshing again to meet a little Mary.
Molly is so sweet and yet spunky too.This name always feels cheerful to me.
Katherine (which got my vote) is my favorite of all though.It’s a true classic.I don’t think it’s ever gone through a phase where it was out of use.Katherine can sound very formal when needed but it also offers up tons of nickname options like Katie (which has the same sweet & spunky vibe as Molly)Kathy,Kate,Kat,Kit the list could go on...A nickname to suit any personality.So that’s why Katherine wins out for me by just a bit!

I was torn between Mary and Katherine. I agree that Mary is very refreshing and unexpected. I also love Katherine for being a timeless classic with lots of nickname possibilities!
I don’t care for Molly as a name on it’s own, but as others have said, it is a nickname for Mary.
