Teagan is a girl’s name and I’ve only ever seen Leighton on a girl.

I’ve only heard Teagan on a boy. Leighton is unisex to me.

They are both unisex names, Leighton can also be spelled Laython/Laithan.... those are usually given to boys. Teagan I do not think I have personally seen on a boy, thus is sounds rather feminine to me, but it should work fine for either really.

Teagan is an Irish boys name, not girls. Both are fine for a boy.

I suppose both names could go either way. I’ve know 2 people named Teigan (spelled Teagan by them) and both were girls, so that is how I tend to think of the name. I haven’t known anyone with the name Leighton, but it strikes me as a boy’s name.
