Well, technically all three would have different pronunciations. Chloë would rhyme with Zoe (as in, KLO-ee). Chloé would place more of an accent on th second syllable, as in klo-EY (a little more of an ay sound but not completely). Khloé is a misspelling altogether and looks very tacky and Kardashian. My vote is Chloë.
