Bella(Arabella) and Ella are too close. But if she’s okay with it then go for it. You could go with Ellie instead?
They are pretty close, but I don’t think it’s a total deal breaker. How often would they see each other? If only s few times a year then it’s not a big deal, but I might reconsider if you live near them and they would be together all the time. However, when they are together you could call Ella by a nickname or by her first and middle name to avoid confusion.

Yes, too close. What about Isla (eye-la)? I think it’s stunning and ageless, over Ella.
