Sounds like a pet cat’s name. I can’t picture it on a person nor would I be able to take a person with this name seriously, sorry. Misty and Missy are nice names and they are super similar to Mitzi.

first commenter i hope you take people seriously regardless of what their names are. re:poll maker, i admit i’ve heard pets called mitzi, but women too, and at least it’d be unique! i think it lasts well from babyhood to grown. good luck to you

I think of a cat. But! If I met someone named Mitzi, I wouldn’t care. It’s not an unheard of name, just really rare to hear it.
