I love Eleanor Megan but I voted for Brooke Mikayla as it is a beautiful name that you both like, it’s always been on your list for a reason.

Well, I was going to suggest Brooke Eleanor until I got to the part that said the middle name must start with M. So:
Brooke Mariah
Brooke Meredith
Brooke Miranda

Love Eleanor and Riley but not a fan of middle names you paired with them. What about:

Eleanor Madlin
Eleanor Magnolia
Eleanor Madalina
Riley Marcella
Riley Madelyn/Madeline
Riley Matilda
Riley Mabel
