I agree with the above posters, Isla is way too similar to Lela. If they were twins and you wanted to do the matchy thing it would be fine, but I think it’s just a little too close for regular siblings.
From the suggestions above, I would second Aria and Iris as names that are similar to Isla, but go well with Lela without sounding too similar. Another suggestion I have is Chloe.

Typically I would agree that it doesn’t matter about the similar ending but when a name is only four letters in does.
