uh-lee-shuh, but Alicia Silverstone pronounces it uh-lee-see-uh, so if you wanted it pronounced that way you’d have to specify which is no big deal contrary to what a lot of people say on this site.
I do personally prefer uh-lee-shun but I favor the spelling Elisia which I find GORGEOUS and also love it pronounced el-lee-sia which is stunningly beautiful.

I know two people with this name. One of them pronounces it as "a-lis-e-er" and the other one pronounces it as "alice-er"
