Jack Finnegan vs. Yes or No
We aren’t asking if anyone else likes the name, because we already know not a lot of people like Finnegan, we are just asking if the name flows well with our surname. The flow isn’t the best, but if you love it, then go with it. I stumbled trying to say Jack Parrish, but it may be because I’m not used to your last name. I think a name ending in N works better with Parrish. Finnegan John Parrish. John Finnegan Parrish, nn Jack. Jackson Finn Parrish.

Several people have suggested John and Jackson to us instead of Jack but we just don’t like them as much and aren’t big on nicknames. Originally my husband wanted to use Finnegan Jack but I didn’t want it to get shortened to Finn later, plus I thought that Jack Parrish sounds better than Finn Parrish and he agreed with me. I want to add that we aren’t looking for suggestions, just opinions and thoughts. Thanks though. ~Kaitlyn

Yeah, I think the flow is just fine! You won’t use the middle name too often so I think the most important thing is if Jack Parrish flows, which it does :) Congrats, by the way

I think it’s a bit of a mouthful to say IMO. Jack Finley Parrish would be better. GL
