Need vs. Middle vs. Name

Hello! We’re expecting a baby girl in mid-Feb. We love the name Oriana, it’s a family name from my side. Our last name is Engström, I’m Italian while my husband is Swedish. He would like a Swedish middle name and I would like an Italian middle name. We simply cannot pick so if you guys had any suggestions that would help a lot. Thank you!! xx
