Grey ???? vs. ????? Grey

We were pretty much set on Grey for our daughter(and last child) but we are having second guesses. We aren’t sure if it will age well. We don’t like any full names with the nickname Grey. Our boys have very masculine names and our other daughter have a classic/unisex name so we aren’t too worried that she will be mistaken for a boy. It wouldn’t bother us anyway. Please comment your opinions. We know Grey is not a color everyone likes but the name and the color are if significance to us. Thanks -Abby

My best friend named her daughter Gemma Grey, which I think is gorgeous. I personally don’t care for the name Grey by itself for a girl, but she does regret not using it as the first name. I think if you personally love it you probably would regret not using it❤️.

We have a list of possible first names;Kennedy, Morgan, Blair, Maya, and Claire. And middle name ideas are Vanessa, Delphine, and Serena. -Abby

Grey is depressing and dull and weirdly mega faddy it will not age well and will be dated in a very short time. From you list only Maya and Clair will age well and will not bee seen as equally faddy

Kennedy I see as a girl (because I don’t know any guys with this name, only girls) but for Maya and Claire, they both say girl and the others are unisex, so I would say Maya or Claire would be beautiful with Grey!
I prefer Clara with Grey, but I love Claire, so Maya or Claire would be beautiful and Grey as a MN :)

Actually Gray is a really cool name for a boy. Nothing depressing abut it. My son is Gray. Hes the happiest baby ever. It’s just too boyish for me to see on a girl but I understand why you like it. Now Black would be a depressing name for a baby. Haha
