Sounds like a boy to me. Then again Carmen (though majority girl) is a unisex name and Carmine is a boy name.

Definitely girl... As far as I knew Carmen wasn’t unisex. The -ie ending is super girly looking. Rhe overall name sounds girly.

I understand why people are overwhelmingly voting girl, but the first thing I thought of was that this is a nickname for Carmine, so voted boy.
