Which full name vs. for nickname vs. Indie?

We love the name Indie and want to use it for our daughter who will be born in the spring but we want a longer more formal name and use Indie as a nickname. We will put our list in the first comment. Please tell us which one you like best! Her middle name will be Jane after my mom. We also have a 2.5 year old daughter named Tallulah Rose (Lulu) Thanks! ~Paige

I suggest the name Ingrid, it’s not too common or too put there. Good luck! Please keep us posted when you choose a name!

Belinda - sounds dated IMO
Lucinda - too old lady
Indigo - is cool, but has more of a modern/hippy vibe and doesn’t go with Tallulah IMO
Indira - is nice, classic feel (as another poster said) not too common
Rasalind - beautiful, goes nicely with Talluluah
India - place name, doesn’t fit with sister’s style of name
Indiana - same as India

Indira and Rosalind are my favorites! GL

I adore the name India, but Indie wouldn’t be too much of a nickname.

The name that makes the most sense to me would be Indiana
