Whatever you’re going to call them, they’re too matchy. Twins are constantly going to be considered a "pair" so it would be nice to give each one an individual name to call their own. Try a name with another ending like "etta" or "ella" (eg. Elianna and Julietta, Arabella and Julianna etc...).

Even the nicknames are too matchy Julia/Julie, Ellie and Lillie. It would be too confusing especially when they’re young.

My fave is Julianna Grace.

I think people really make too much of a big deal about names being similar.I actually know twins named Selena and Serena-now that’s a little extreme and I’m not saying I would do that-but the girls are now teens and they are happy,well-adjusted young ladies.It’s ridiculous that people act like kids are going to be traumatized because their name is close to their sibling’s name.
Plus yours don’t even start with the same letter!
Julianna and Lilianna are beautiful together!
