Marie is overused and dubbed a "filler" middle name by many sites. Mary is fresh and spunky with that classic vibe. Vivienne Mary is perfect. Not racy at all.

Vivienne is the French spelling. Marie is French, so Vivienne Marie or Vivian Mary.
