Iva can be said either way but I would say it EYE-uh. It is also a completely separate name from Eva. Iva means "God is good/gracious" in Italian, Slavic, Crostian, and Czech. It is often used as a nickname for Ivana, Ivanka, and Ivka and Russians often use it on boys as a nickname for Ivan.

I could see it being pronounced eye-vah but I’ve only heard it as ee-vah

I would say Iva, if only because it’s so similar to Ida.

I would assume Iva was Eye Va, because it is close to Ivy. And it is not Eva ( which I pronounce as Ee va).
